- Are you priority in his life?
If you are in his priority, he surely has that love like feeling for you because he put you first and then other things and if he just calls you when he has no one to hang around with or when he just want to ask you to come up at his place, it is lust.
- Does he support you and encourage your dreams?
If he has always been there as your backbone and constant support, he is surely in love with you. But if he is least bothered about your dreams and is clueless about what your dreams are, he is just there to satisfy his urges.
- Does he truly know you and respect your true self?
If the guy you are dating knows you truly and has keen interest in your life and respect you for who you are, he loves you and if he does not, this is sheer lust.
- Does your partner appreciate the great things about you?
If he loves you, he will acknowledge and appreciate everything about you. But if it is lust, he will be least bothered about your achievements or will use them as a way to get into your pants.
