7 useful face-pack out of your kitchen for a brighter skin

Which girl doesn’t want a flawless, fair, and supple skin? It’s like a dream of every girl to achieve that. There are times when you are stressed or going through illness when your skin turns pale and rough. Again after a few days, it becomes ok. But lively and glowing skin is hardly seen these days as all the glow remains in the make-up kit. But you should go for natural remedies for a better skin that would glow even when you are not in make-up.

It would take hardly 5 minutes for you to find the ingredients for a glowing, fair, and beautiful skin that casts a magic spell on others.

  1. Honey and Milk

1 tea spoon of both honey and milk are to be mixed and applied on your face and keep it for 15-20 minutes and then rinse well with cold water. Do you know Cleopatra used to bathe in honey and milk to retain her youth and beauty? Honey has wonderful anti-bacterial properties to get rid of acne and pimples whereas milk has always been a natural skin cleanser.

  1. Potato and Lemon

Peel and grate one small potato and pour juice derived from one lemon. Mix well and apply on your face and keep it for 10 minutes. Potato has starch and lemon has acid effect and thus both of them work wonders to lighten the skin tone, pigmentation, and also dark circles.

  1. Yogurt and oats

One table spoon oats and two table spoons yogurt mashed and applied to face followed by mild scrubbing would leave your skin flawless and soft. Oats is an amazing exfoliator and yogurt consists lactic acid as well as alpha hydroxyl acid leaving skin fair and soft. This mixture would remove sun tan and pigmentation.

  1. Banana and almond oil

Mash one ripe banana and mix one tea spoon of almond oil and keep it on face for 20 minutes followed by thorough rinsing. Banana has vitamin C and B6 which helps in improved production of collagen in skin o maintain the natural suppleness and elasticity. Almond oil is rich in vitamin A, E, and D that works as an anti-oxidant again inflammation and allergies.

  1. Orange Peel and Sandalwood pack

Mix one table spoon Orange peel powder and one table spoon of sandalwood powder in water and apply on your face and keep it for 15 minutes. This is no less than a facial treatment that you undergo before parties. Orange is rich in vitamin C and thus helps in removing the skin tan as well as blackheads and it has natural bleaching properties. Sandalwood is one of the most useful ingredient that we find even in Ayurveda. It has properties to keep the skin light, toned, and soft.

  1. Turmeric and Gram flour pack

Mix one table spoon of turmeric powder and one table spoon of gram flour into sufficient milk to apply on your face. Keep it for 15 minutes and wash off with cold water. Turmeric is a wonderful natural remedy to erase the impurities and dead cells of your skin. Gram flour is a natural skin cleanser that removes tan and keeps the skin baby soft.

  1. Papaya and Honey pack

Mash half cup ripe papaya and pour one table spoon of honey to it. Apply this pack on your face and get a smooth, soft, and fair skin. The importance of honey has been told before. Papaya contains an enzyme called papain along with vitamin A, C, and E and all these acts as a natural moisturizer and sunscreen.

All these aforementioned tips can be followed at least twice a week if not daily for a complain free skin.
